In a groundbreaking endeavor to bolster educational prospects for the youth in Jammu and Kashmir, the Directorate of Samagra Shiksha has launched a comprehensive coaching program tailored for IIT (Indian Institutes of Technology) and NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) aspirants.
This laudable initiative, fully endorsed by the Ministry of Education, Government of India, aims to extend its benefits to 200 students, with 100 slots designated for each in the cities of Jammu and Srinagar.
Crucial Dates and Details:
The initiative kicks off with the publication of the Request for Proposal (RFP) on the 23rd of December 2023 at 1000 Hrs, marking the beginning of a transformative opportunity for aspiring students. Prospective participants can access the RFP on the designated websites https://iktenders.gov.in and www.samagrashikshajk.nic.in starting from the same date and time.
To facilitate the process, interested parties have until the 30th of December 2023, 1400 Hrs, to download the RFP. The subsequent phase involves the submission of online bids, commencing on the 23rd of December 2023 at 1400 Hrs and concluding on the 30th of December 2023 at 1600 Hrs. The Technical Bids are slated for opening on the 1st of January 2024 at 1200 Hrs.

To participate, a nominal Tender Fee of Rs. 2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) is applicable, ensuring a fair and inclusive process. Additionally, an Earnest Money Deposit of Rs. 4,00,000/- (Rupees Four Lakh only) is required, to be submitted in the form of a CDR/FDR from a Scheduled Bank, pledged in favor of CAO, Samagra Shiksha, J&K.
